User's notes

Long body with brown orange wings that wrap around the abdomen. Similar length to a longicorn but flies like a bee. Yellow and black striped head .

This looks very much like one of the Bee Parasitising Wasps in the Labium Genus. I’ve attached a few links of similar below:
