Anguilla Australis Eel sighted in rare coastal environment beached 50m from water after a king tide at Coffin Bay on 29 June 2024.

Video evidence and photo screenshots available but having difficulty uploading to this portal. The Dept. of Environment and Water have just been notified. A seperate lodgement to iNaturalist will be submitted where hopefully the video/photo evidence will be accepted online.

Hi tiharnam. We can't accept videos at this stage because they take up too much space. But we could accept stills from the video in jpg format.
