I don't believe Alligator Weed is a problem in Canberra - although I stand to be corrected. A quick search on that common name did not see it listed in the ACT Weeds Manual. BOLD (Hobern) shows records for Brisbane, LBH says NSW but not the ACT. BOLD Systems 4 was offline when i searched. iNaturalist's AI suggests this is F. tritalis, other options not close IMO.
