Great that you got a shot of this one, Jackie! I also saw one fleetingly and got a couple of quick shots. I have provisionally identified it as Ocybadistes walkeri (Green Grass Dart). But there are a number of look-a-like species in this genus and O. walkeri is easily confused with O. flavovittatus, the Common Grass Dart. I think we’ll have to leave it to our expert butterfly moderator, Suzie Bond to decide whether it’s possible to confirm the identity of this butterfly from your or my photos.
